This is the first yoga nidra I tried. There are a few good ones on youtube but like a bargain shopper, with a free service you may have to do some searching. Everything about the setup/content of this meditation is soothing, the voice, the guidance, the breathing, etc.. except for one small thing; I have to open my eyes and switch the audio segments after the first and second set of about 15 minutes. Is there any way that I can switch them without having to do that? Put them in a playlist somehow or something? Or anywhere or way I can get the entire meditation in one clip?
